Design and Illustration
Written and Illustrated by Iris Rivera and Yannís/Yánni Segura, Ravyn is a one-chapter manga that was created for the 100th anniversary Jump Tezuka Manga contest hosted by Medibang in the summer of 2020.

Now available for purchase on amazon, Ravyn is an action/adventure manga following Ravyn (the main protagonist) and Shino (a girl who's lost her memory) on their journey to get Shino back home.
The Process
The majority of the page layouts were sketched out by Yannis and then handed off to me for edits. After sketches I assigned myself and Yannis pages to ink the lines. Edits are made once again and then halftones are applied by me.
Then I add the word bubbles and typography (including sound effects).
In the final step Yannis checks spelling and hands it back to me to layout the pages in InDesign for print and for internet upload to Amazon Kindle and Google Books.
